High Temperature Coating

THERMSHIELD is a premium temperature-resistant coating formulated engineered specifically for high-temperature applications. Stable up to 600°C, it reliably protects substrates from thermal degradation. On steel components exposed to extreme temperatures up to 600°C—such as exhaust pipes, engine parts, silencers, and chimneys—THERMSHIELD delivers outstanding aging and weathering performance combined with robust resistance to corrosive chemicals, safeguarding metal systems in the most aggressive operational conditions.

Temperature resistant coating enables paints to protect and preserve color and structure at higher temperatures. Formulated to withstand constant thermal bands up to 600°C, this system acts as a resilient defensive layer when extreme temperatures threaten the durability and efficiency of traditional finishes. As a part of this high-performance line, Protexion offers specialized aluminium paint for chimney substructures, protecting underlying steel from structural compromise up to 600°C.

These systems are ideal for high-temperature hot piping, stacking exteriors, furnaces, exhaust systems, and silencers, allowing direct application onto properly prepared surfaces. Our heat-resistant barriers and aluminum coatings are field-proven to combat corrosion under insulation (CUI) in heavy process-based installations across diverse markets. Furthermore, many of our high-temperature formulations can be applied safely to warm operational surfaces—enabling asset painting and maintenance protection routines without forcing costly equipment or facility shutdowns.
